About me

my childhood

During my childhood, I found joy in dancing, exploring nature and organizing charity events. I was a very sensitive girl who struggled sometimes with crowds. A  memorable anecdote shared by my mother: during my own birthday celebration, I went to the neighbor’s house because there I could find quietness. I can’t characterize my childhood as “carefree.” My father harboured grand dreams but often left projects unfinished, compounded by his rapid descent into chronic illness. Meanwhile, my mother, striving to maintain family cohesion, worked a lot to sustain our lifestyle. Consequently, I shouldered significant responsibilities from a young age, never challenging my role within our family dynamic. It’s a pattern I frequently observe among my clients: as a child they assumed roles and responsibilities typically reserved for a parent (also called: parentification). The silver lining, however, is that through coaching, they embark on profound journeys toward fulfillment.

About me

my Search

I pursued law studies and ventured abroad for the first time during my third year. Following graduation, I embarked on a career at an international law firm, though it proved incompatible with my values and work ethos. Seeking a change of pace, I transitioned to teaching at the university, a role I embraced for over 7 years. Armed with a PhD and enriched by diverse international experiences, I transitioned into various supervisory roles, culminating in my final position as a manager.

Throughout my career, my passion for understanding people and workplace dynamics remained constant, gradually steering me towards coaching and team guidance. Drawing from my global experiences and exposure to diverse work environments (in law, business, academia, and government) I now specialize in leadership, career, and relocation coaching.

About me

my mission

My goal is to assist individuals in aligning their lives with their hearts’ true desires. I aim to encourage people not to disconnect from their emotions but to employ them as a guide in their lives. This may pose a particular challenge for analytical individuals—I have experienced this firsthand.

My hope is that people will feel more liberated to be true to themselves, assume appropriate responsibilities, and make empowered decisions. This is what I refer to as personal leadership: taking control of your own life.
