My name is Elsbeth Beumer of 42 Mountains coaching and I am here to guide you in your process of personal growth. I firmly believe that everyone already has in their possession the answers to their life questions. It is my mission to help you with creating space for these answers so that you can live in line with your true essence. I am specialised in relocation, career and leadership coaching.

WHO AM I?

My name is Elsbeth Beumer. I am a coach, trainer, lawyer, mother of 3, wife, and it is my mission to bring lightness. Having transitioned from a hustle-filled career as a lawyer, my journey to discovering my true purpose was catalyzed by significant life-changing events. Through introspection, ‘difficult’ decisions and receiving lots of coaching myself, I unearthed a passion for guiding others on their paths to fulfillment and success.

As a life coach I am calm, analytical, intuitive, non-judgmental and bring humor, whether I am guiding clients through transformative life events or facilitating workshops on self-discovery. It is my mission to empower you to embrace your potential and live authentically.

I offer individual coaching (career coaching, personal leadership coaching and relocation coaching) and walking coaching in the beautiful mountains of Trentino.

You need time and patience for truly changing (unwanted) patterns in your life. Coaching is only for people who are prepared for a long haul.
Personal life coaching costs money. It is, however, an investment in yourself that will last forever.
Coaching is not suitable for addressing severe mental issues. It is beneficial for individuals seeking personal or professional growth.
